Successful copywriting

How do you achieve emotional engagement with your readers, so that they really pay attention to your writing and take the action you want them to take? Marketing and communications guru Ron Finlay will guide you through the copywriter’s toolbox in the course taking place during the week starting on 4 November 2019.

In this series of webinars, you will learn:

  • how to adjust your tone of voice for different purposes
  • how to engage people emotionally through your writing
  • how to inspire them to respond to your words

It will give you a good grounding in the art of copywriting, with a lot of interaction, many examples, and some excellent tips for using strong copy for stronger marketing. Or the course will serve as a refresher if it’s a while since you learned your copywriting skills.

    Hello Ron,

I am thinking about signing up for your course. I wonder could you possibly link to some examples of your work to help me decide if the course is for me?

    Thanks in advance!

  2. Cruz Losada

Hello. I was keeping an eye on this course waiting to see if I could do it (I was in the middle of a couple of complicated projects), I was very busy this week and today when I finally have managed to try to enrol I found it was sold out ( nooooooo!!!!). Do you have any plans to repeat it at some point?

    • Dear Cruz – due its popularity we will repeat it, but not for several months at the earliest. I am talking to the trainer about it. Why not enrol for Clear Writing in April – different course but just as good although it tackles writing from a translator’s point of view rather than original writing.

  3. Hello
I am interested in the course but the timing will mean I shall have to sign out after 40 minutes (I have children to collect from school).
    Will this be a problem?
    Thanks for your advice

PS I would like very much to see the samples too, if possible?

    • I have responded privately on this, but the short answer is that it should not cause a problem, because we record all the lessons and you can review the recording soon after each lesson is over.

    • I have written privately and sent you a sample. It gives an idea of his writing style.
By all means, if you cannot attend the lesson on the Monday, but can watch it next day, you will be ready for the Wednesday and Friday lessons.
      I hope this helps.
      Kind regards
