This session will discuss how to calculate your target rate, how to set minimum fees, rush charges and other extra fees, how to deal with free tests, and give you some strategies on how to negotiate rates, raise or adjust your rates, how CAT-tools can help you, and the mindset for getting paid what you are worth.

The presenter will give examples of tools to use to calculate rates, references to rates surveys and some negotiation tips and examples.
